Response to Infringement Notices

Once a valid DMCA notice is received:

• We will review the request.

• We may notify the user who posted the material, giving them an opportunity to respond with a counter-notification.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification that includes:

2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10-14 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or block IP addresses of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
